When you integrate HyperSKU with your dropshipping store, the fulfillment and shipping process becomes almost entirely automated.
Sure, some parts are still manual, like importing products and paying the order fees. Still, even these are made to be as automated as possible.

According to HyperSKU, it takes them one to two days to give you a quotation on a request.

As of now, HyperSKU offers customer support in six different languages, with the goal of offering more personalized assistance to merchants.
The way it works is that you can send them a message through their chatbot on the admin dashboard.
If the chatbot doesn't know the answer, someone from HyperSKU's team will get back to you.
What's even cooler than this is that they proactively contact you and ask if you need help.

Let's go through the cons we found on the platform.
1. Customer support can be a bit confusing
HyperSKU is known for having good customer support, but it can be confusing when you're just starting to use them.
We tried to find public information on their website about available customer service, but there is limited information available beyond self-service options like the help center.
In comparison, competitors Spocket and Syncee have public support emails, but we couldn't find one for HyperSKU.
While HyperSKU does have a visible chatbot and their team proactively helps you, it would be nice to see them be more transparent with the contact information on their website.
2. Existing product catalog is not the biggest
HyperSKU has both an existing product catalog and the ability to source products from AliExpress.
If you compare the existing product catalog to competitors like Modalyst or Syncee, it's not the biggest one out there.
Some categories, like 'Best Sellers,' are also missing products. For example, for the 'Mother & Kids' category, we were only able to see one best-seller product:
Because of the lack of existing products, we see HyperSKU as the best fit for those who want to source products from AliExpress.
HyperSKU pricing
As we previously mentioned, HyperSKU is entirely free to use.
What they do is they add their own margin to the product and shipping price and maintain their services that way.

If you have a minimal budget when starting, this is good news for you.
HyperSKU does offer extra services, so let's quickly review the fees for those:
- Thank you cards. An extra cost of $0.08 per order with a minimum order quantity of 200.
- Stickers. An extra $0.10 per order with a minimum order quantity of 500.
- Customized box. An extra $0.45 per order with a minimum order quantity of 100.
- Bag. An extra $0.40 per order with a minimum order quantity of 2000.
- Vacuum compression. An extra $1.20 per order with a minimum order quantity of 100.
- Customized tag. An extra $0.05 per order with a minimum order quantity of 1000.
On top of these, there may be US warehouse fees, but they vary based on the specific product you plan to sell. To get information on these fees, contact the HyperSKU support team.
How do you get started with HyperSKU?
Now that you know more about HyperSKU, you may wonder how to start with it.
The process is quite simple.
Let's go through it next!
1. Sign up for the platform
The first and quite obvious step is to create your HyperSKU account.
The best part is that it's completely free to do, and you can do that from HyperSKU's home page.
To start, click on one of the call-to-action buttons on the home page:
This gets you to the signup page, where you must fill in basic information, like your name, password, and email.
The only thing that is a bit different from other dropshipping suppliers is that you must also fill in your phone number/Skype, which is then used for communication.
After this, you have your HyperSKU account created!
Before starting the integration process with your online store, HyperSKU asks you a few additional questions to customize your experience:

2. Integrate HyperSKU with your dropshipping store
The next step is to integrate HyperSKU into your dropshipping store.
To do this, head into HyperSKU's admin dashboard and click on your account name in the top right corner:
From the dropdown menu, click 'My Stores,' and you will get to the store settings page.
On this page, you can see a button called 'Add Store,' where you can do the actual integration:

As you can see, you will need to select your ecommerce platform and enter your store name and URL:
If you haven't created your store yet, now it's time to do it. For most dropshippers, we recommend Shopify because of its ease of use and extensive integration options.
Depending on the platform, the integration process is slightly different, but let's go through how it looks for Shopify.
To start the process, select Shopify and click on 'Authorization.'
This will lead you to HyperSKU's Shopify App page, where you need to click on 'Install.'
After this, you just have to click' Install' again:
That's it!
If everything goes right, you should see your Shopify store inside HyperSKU.
When this is done, you're ready to move on to the next step.
3. Import products to your online store
Once you have successfully integrated your store, you can start importing products.
You have two options: select from one of HyperSKU's existing products or place a sourcing request.
We'll first show you how to import existing products, which you can find in the 'Search Products' section.
You can add these public products to your online store immediately without needing to place any sourcing requests.
The products are divided into different categories, which the main ones are:
- Clothing
- Pet Supplies
- Toys & Hobbies
- Fashion & Jewelry
- Furniture
- Lights & Lighting
Under each category, you'll find dozens of subcategories, such as men's and women's clothing.
If you click on any product, you can see additional information from the product page.
The most important details you can see for each product include:
- Product name. You can see the product name at the top of the product page.
- Product images. If you decide to sell a specific product, you can use these images on your own product page.
- Product price. This is the price you have to pay for the product. You can then set your selling price later on when importing the product.
- Available variants and colors. All the product colors and variants are visible under the price.
- Shipping price and information. If you click the 'Shipping' icon on the product page, you can see the shipping price and all the available shipping options.
When you finalize a product, you can add it to your import list by clicking the 'Add to Import List' button.
When you click this, the products will appear on the 'Import List' page, where you can actually add them to your store.
You need to fill in the product details like name, description, variants, and images, and after that, you just need to click the 'Import to Store' button.
Once you do that, the product will automatically appear on your Shopify dashboard!
Now, when customers place orders in your online store, all of the orders will be automatically synced into HyperSKU, more specifically to the 'Order List' page.
Another option is to place a sourcing request, which can be done from the 'AliExpress Sourcing' page.
Let's say you find an interesting AliExpress product and want to dropship it with HyperSKU. You only have to paste the URL into this page, and HyperSKU will give you their best price and shipping options.
When you paste the URL, it will go into pending mode, and HyperSKU will get back to you within two days with a price.
In a nutshell, that's how product importing works!
4. Start selling the products
